Most orders will ship the business day following the placement of your order. Certain orders may require additional freight based on weight, delivery location or other factors.
Backorders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OF YOUR PRODUCTS? We currently do not offer sample sizes of our products.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO AE ADDRESSES? Yes, we will ship to members of the US Military at APO AE mailboxes.
WILL YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? UPS is our carrier and they do not deliver to PO Boxes.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES? Sorry, we do not ship outside the USA at this time.
IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS BESIDES OVER THE INTERNET? I DO NOT LIKE GIVING OUT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER ONLINE.

While we do understand a persons hesitation with putting personal information online, keep in mind, online payment companies such as PayPal offer a buyer protection against fraud and your information is always secure. The merchant never sees your personal information. Check out the PayPal website and visit their Security Center for more information.
